“That was a flagrant violation of the fifth amendment. Over the objections of his attorney she forced him to testify under oath. I’ve never seen that happen before.”

That little bit of video is being played a lot today and it has made this judge infamous. She can’t hide from the facts of her own misconduct and I hope she gets what she so richly deserves.

That is probably a sufficiently flagrant violation of a defendant’s fifth amendment rights as to have her removed from the bench. This is a flagrant violation of the rules of Judicial Conduct.

I could not believe what I saw.
