This ME insisted on getting the “suffering and in pain” into the record as his opinion. Those 4 words is what he was sent to deliver and he had to make a point about it.
Interesting that his opinion is okay in regards to TM but Serino's opinion of Z's truthfulness is disallowed.

Good grief. This ME is an idiot and makes whoever employs him look even worse. He either doesnt know how courtrooms work, or he’s so arrogant that he keeps answering questions that haven’t been asked yet because he thinks his opinions are so important. The judge has admonished him at least twice for it.
