The State Department has been tainted by an internal memo that revealed security personnel and even diplomats may have committed inappropriate, illegal behavior during overseas trips.
Some of the behaviors: One State Department security staffer in Beirut “engaged in sexual assaults” on embassy guards, and members of Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s security team may have “engaged prostitutes while on official trips in foreign countries,” CBS reported the memo as stating. The prostitution allegation was especially egregious — described as occurring so frequently to rise to the level of “endemic,” CBS said. And one more alleged activity, in the memo: An “underground drug ring” operated near the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, supplying contractors with the State Department with drugs, CBS reported.

Gotta love a culture of corruption that was able to keep the lid on all this crap until after the election. GOP, pay attention.
1) Benghazi cover-up, possible arming of Al Qaeda in Syria.
2) AP / Fox news First Amendment violation.
3) IRS harassment of Tea Parties, 1st and 14th Amendment violations.
4) NSA wiretap of everyone, everywhere all the time, a 5th Amendment violation on its face.
5) Sate Department cover up of sex crimes by employees.
6) Sebelius soliciting Bribes from companies impacted by 0bamaCare.

Dang.... I think I see the Administration’s Second Term agenda coming into shape: Overwhelm us with scandal so they can do whatever they want.
There’s no way they can be held accountable to this sh*t-storm soon enough.

While I agree that corruption is “endemic” in politics (meaning “native to or characteristic of”), I suspect the word they were looking for is “epidemic,” as in “wide-spread, extremely prevalent.”
WTF is congress doing. Chewing their cud. We are in a deep deep sh!tstorm and the dorks in congress just check off another one. When will they take the bull dork by the horns and do something. Suspend all actions until these crimes are handled. And prison for many.

Probably just a little confusion over the term chargé d'affaires. The security team must think it means "in charge of affairs".

I said early on that the whole Beengazzi “affair” couldn’t possibly be all that complicated. Obamuzzi’s bunch ain’t clever enough to be sophisticated-—except for cheating on elections. I still say Stevens was more likely in libya banging Turks, Kids, young girls, or whatever his flavor was. That’s the sort of thing that would have lit up a band of Mooslime brothers——he didn’t get killed because he was running weapons-—that’s an honorable family business in that part of he world.
I didn’t see anyone say the guards were guys. Remember Quadafy ‘s personal guard contingent was a platoon of sharp looking chicks——and those gals didn’t die with him. they’re no doubt still in the “diplomatic service” somewhere in the area-—for instance.
If there’s this much dirt on the executive branch, there must be landfills full of dirt on Congress, and a train car full of dirt on the Supreme Court.
Everyone’s laying low hoping this will blow over.
Hopefully, it won’t.
