Well knowing you could face jail or at a minimum lengthy legal issues certainly provides a large incentive to tell the truth. Especially if most of the truth is already known. A good lawyer would tear her apart under these circumstances if she lied.
Why does he take his BlackBerry with him on the course? Why is he messaging constantly between holes, and to whom? What does he do before 10:30am every day, and after 5pm? Who meets with him in the residence, how often, and why?
My own opinion is that he has two jobs. Others think he's lazy.

Right. Everyone’s focusing on these talking points but the crime is here is not defending Americans under attack. At some point someone is going to have to explain why the orders were given to stand down and who gave them. That's when the SHTF.
As I see it, there are two things to come out. One is the attack itself was bad enough for the Obama admin, but he couldn't have a battle involving US personnel - that would look even worse. So he lets it play out.
The other issue which may still come to light is a gun-running operation through Libya to Syria, which he was also trying to cover up.
The press needs to sit up and pay attention - this is bigger than Watergate.

(5) Or, a Conservative who successfully infiltrated Brookings Institute ratted her out (in order to get her husband out of the way so he can infiltrate that place even deeper, faster,
(6) Or, Pinata traded her off to Issa for a lighter sentence,
(6) Or, Valerie Plame or Charlie Wilson inadvertently ratted her out like they ratted each other out ~ dropping names at a cocktail party or maybe just on the net chatting on a Russian or Ukrainian genealogical site.

Issa’s committee already has all the authority needed to conduct a proper investigation ~ Gloria is right about that. Waiting until a special committee is formed will simply delay this forever.
Some of these guys can probably coverup the problem indefinitely with modern technology.
What difference does it make? It’s not as if anything will be done to her. If anything, she’ll get a taxpayer funded pay increase.
