Today ABC News confirmed that State Department spokesman Victoria Nuland raised specific objections to an original CIA draft on the Benghazi massacre. Nuland pushed her superiors to completely delete numerous references of extremists linked to al-Qa’ida in Benghazi and eastern Libya. She also persuaded more senior officials to delete information on at least five other attacks against foreign interests in Benghazi by unidentified assailants prior to 9-11. After all, an election was coming up.
Obama officials agreed with Nuland and decided to lie to the American people and claim that the offensive YouTube video was the reason for the attack.
But during her press conference on September 17, 2012, Victoria Nuland told reporters that what Ambassador Risce said on the Sunday talk shows was “very clear, very precise, about what our initial assessment of what happened.”

- Hired by SOS
- Appointed by POTUS with Senate Consent
- Appointed by SOS

Anyone who has accountability to the American people for thier employment can be served and held in contempt. (last 3). If she was simply hired, yer SOL.
I agree that Benghazi is bigger than Watergate. But i think u and I are the only ones to think this. All I hear from pundits, politicians, analysts is that Watergate was a real crime and thus cannot compare the two

Lying is not a crime. Erroneous or incompetent military decisions are not crimes. “Covering up” is all Washington does, and it’s not a crime.
If a crime, or crimes, are being covered up, Obama is in serious trouble. If not, he’s not.

If you are sworn in in front of a Congressional committee, and you knowingly tell a lie, a falsehood, or intend to mislead, it sure as hell IS a crime!

Yes, perjury and subornation of perjury are crimes.
You can bet your bottom dollar that HRC did not commit perjury, and none of the flacks have been under oath, nor will they be.

Why? Do you think that an “oath” is going to be some kind of truth serum to someone like that? Is it a magic spell of some sort?

ABC knows American public is stupid. They’re confirming some State Department staffer named Victoria Nuland has control over what the armed forces,the CIA,and the State Department says and does ? What does Obama do besides play golf? What’s the Secretary of State’s job?
"Watergate" designates so many activities that to say it was or wasn't a crime is really meaningless. However, the list of real Federal crimes committed by Nixon, either directly related to, tangentially related to, or exposed by investigation of, Watergate was quite substantial.
His impeachment and removal was amply justified by the facts, however much it was facilitated by disloyal Leftist moles within the Administration and by media bias.
The phenomenon called "Benghazi" may or may not be "bigger" that Watergate. That depends on facts not yet in evidence.
The Watergate "coverup", which eventually required that many felonies be committed, was necessary because of the underlying reality of the Plumbers and the activities of CREEP in general.
The Benghazi coverup (so far) involves normal politician lying and misrepresentation to feather their own nests, and that's all.
Now, you probably think (as I do) that what is being covered up is a crime, or crimes, which could result in Obama's resignation or removal. That may well be right.
But what the House GOP (so far) is "exposing" are embarrassments and mistakes, not crimes.
John Boehner and Darrell Issa are not Sam Ervin and Peter Rodino. They want to rack up points for an election campaign that is never coming.
Unless and until they form a committee to investigate, and hire some real prosecutors, this is all just normal Potomac gasbag bullshit. IOW, don't get your hopes up.
