Basically because their so-called “conservatives” have sold out to unlimited immigration, global warming, “reformed” Europeanism, etc.

This is how the Tea Party movement needs to play it.
Run people for thousands of local posts. Mayors, state houses, city councils, dog catcher. Grab the chair from the bottom, and tilt the rot off the top.

A few videos of Nigel Farage speaking: 1. In advance of the May 2nd county council elections, UKIP leader Nigel Farage came to Worceser's historic Guildhall to address supporters. The event was so well attended that Nigel gave two speeches; one to the main hall upstairs, which thanks to fire regulations restricting numbers meant that an overspill crowd collected downstairs in the Green Room (the ground floor hall). Anxious not to send anyone away unhappy at missing out, Nigel addressed the Green Room crowd first, took some questions and then headed upstairs to deliver the main speech of the evening.

Maybe Lady Thatcher’s recent passing has reminded people of when they had a good conservative government.

Good showing.
Hopefully this can carry over in future UK elections....and motivate similar movements elsewhere
