Actor Jay Mohr Politicizes Boston Bombing: '2nd Amendment Must Go'
NewsBusters ^

Actor and stand-up comic Jay Mohr used the tragic bombing of the Boston Marathon to attack gun rights. The actor, probably best known for his role as a sleazy sports agent in Jerry Maguire, used the bombing as an excuse to attack guns, as he demanded: "2nd amendment must go."

In later tweets he went on to slam his critics as people with gun "fetishes."

Im fine with that. Just do it like the Constitution states as an Amendment. Else have the states call for a Constitutional convention.

But first we must repeal all gun control/gun safety laws as they are now clearly an infringement and unconstitutional.

With no due respect, uh Mr Mohr, whoever you are, this attack is a very real reason to not mess with gun control. We need to be able to protect ourselves.

You see, doofus Mohr, the cops and the government have failed to catch the perp. He is on the loose.

OK...fair enough. All or nothing.Either repeal the 2nd Amendment or repeal all restrictions (Federal/state/local) on firearm ownership except for those regarding convicted felons and those with certain mental Illnesses. And then add a restriction banning *all* firearm ownership/possession by those who aren't US citizens.

All or nothing!

fet·ish
/ˈfɛtɪʃ, ˈfitɪʃ/ Spelled [fet-ish, fee-tish]
1. an object regarded with awe as being the embodiment or habitation of a potent spirit or as having magical potency.
2. any object, idea, etc., eliciting unquestioning reverence, respect, or devotion: to make a fetish of high grades.

That sounds about right. I have an unwavering respect and devotion to freedom and to the means of protecting that freedom. My firearms are the embodiment of personal power and have an almost magical potency to deter tyrants and to force them to move slowly rather than at the speed that people like Obama, Pelosi, and Reid would move in countries with disarmed populations, populations that are more amenable to government intimidation and exertions of force. I'm proud of my gun fetish and of the freedom that it protects. Those who have a problem with that should be sensibly circumspect in their objections to my exercise of my God-given rights.

I would like to get rid of the 14th Amendment clause that sanctions anchor babies being automatic American citizens. They are more of a threat to America than guns because they will grow up robotic Democrat voters who will vote as their jefe tells them to

How come Democrat freaks get to disrespect the Bill of Rights? Bill of Rights—The First Ten Amendments

Look at it this way. Mohr was a second or third rate comedian that found some luck-up playing the stereotypical idiot white guy (supposed to be funny) who was into sports - even weaved it into his character and put some hot boob girlfriend. Long and the short of it is that he like many many other low-rent comics aren’t ‘all that’ lost the program.

Since then, he’s been pretty much “don’t touch” in Hollywood and he is starving and living off comic stints in Iowa, Oklahoma, etc. where he can ‘be funny’ or supposed to be. He NEEDS an ‘in’ back to Hollywood. What better way to get that new look to producers, agents, etc.? The current milieu in Hollywood (go ask that butthole Jim Carrey or the other low-rent former comic, Maher, however you spell an asshole’s name) is to bash gun owners.

It actually works. Carrey who hadn’t been on TV nightshows in what seems like years has a redebut tonight I think on Bucky Tooth’s show - you know the guy that caught hell for sexual harrassment at his show?

Typical of the left; grasping at straws in the hope that they can somehow connect this bombing with law-abiding gun owners.

FUJM.

Well now, it’s time for BOMB CONTROL! We need to pass some laws to stop people from setting off bombs!

He already ‘went’....he’s a loser. Lost his show on TV (not funny), isn’t a headliner comic (except in Topeka or wherever), and hasn’t been in a movie since I can’t remember (at least one where they keep their drawers on - i.e., HomoPorn)
