That’s the advantage of being more “country”. We hear gunshots all the time. Neighbors never call the state police. The coyotes were on the farm road leading to a back field. They were baying/howling. Not a comforting sound. I have 2 cats that never come in. I hope to see them in the morning for breakfast.
My brother and I were “camping” in my RV a few weeks ago and could here them at night howling / calling while sitting at our roaring fire :)
