Years ago the hot repairmens’ shop in one of my company’s plants had many gross nude pictures on the walls. One day a nun touring the plant with a bunch of school kids accidently
wandered into the shop. The pictures were gone the next day.

“why shouldn’t it also be strict on overt heterosexuality too?”

So, we have to accept perversion along with normal behavior, or we can’t accept either?

What's really not being said: the pinups ARE the sexual harassment/assault; NOT real, antisocial behavior!

This is pure PC feminist thought and speech control being imposed!

Speaking of political correctness, didn’t they used to be called “The Confederate Air force”?

Yep.

Just Damn!
Your eyesight is better than 20/20!
I had to enlarge the photo.
I believe those two “well placed rivets” may be painted in place?

husband was active duty officer for 13 years and the air force is now mired in its political correctness to the point of disrupting the mission... the amount of computer sensitivity training required now is off the charts and takes valuable time away from the mission

doing sweeps and forcing the airman to take down the poster or calendar from his dorm room is bad for morale and I feel further emasculates the male soldier (which is probably the goal) Testosterone helps win wars. I think the DOD has forgotten that. but the odd calendar and picture is certainly not the same thing as watching a porn video on your duty place computer.

The air force knows this won’t do squat to decrease the number of sexual assaults, but a colonel somewhere will get a star for the idea.

Reminds me of a short-term job I got one winter driving taxicab in a small midwestern city. Demand for cabs soar when the weather gets nasty and people's cars don't start.

I was in the downtown garage one day waiting for a ride to outskirts of town where we drivers were required to park and turn in our fares and reports before day's end.

There was a calendar there with a racy model and a lugnut attached to a wire attached to the bottom. There was also a handwritten sign by the lugnut warning you not to pull it. Of course, I did and got my young eyes burned with the model displaying spread legs in full frontal nudity!

My first job after graduation from college was at Lackland AFB. We were forced to attend a presentation on civil rights which was full of suppositions, lies, and basically nonsense.

About half way through it a Colonel who was also a Dr. got up and announced he was not going to sit through any more of that garbage. being newly married and in need of my job, I had to sit through the rest of it including questions and answers after the presentation.

good for the colonel... you don’t see much of the desire to stand up against the Pc idiocy anymore amongst the officer corps ( did see some of this every now and then with the chaplain corps)

my husband had a habit of making off hand comments about the stupidity...needless to say he didn’t hang around for the 20

ahh good old Lackland spent some time there as well... two of our children were born at Wilford Hall

regardless of their sexual preference, displays some common sense in courtesy and decency.

Perverts are never courteous, LOL.

I don’t see how this is possible as regulations about pictures have been out over ten years.

It’s at the point where you can only have family photos on your desk and most people don’t even have those.

You could not have any naked women pictures. You can’t even have any pictures on your computer.

They cannot figure out why the sexual assaults continue to rise.

Pin ups were banned years ago. The stupid policies are what is causing more sexual assaults but they blame everything else.

One reason was porn magazines sold on base so those were banned. That did not stop sexual assaults from happening.

This report is bogus. You cannot have pinups anywhere. I don’t know which Air Force they are refering too but the US Air Force banned all sorts of images many moons ago.

Something happened a few days ago but no one knows what.
