ALLEN WEST ON HIS FUTURE: ‘ABRAHAM LINCOLN ONLY SERVED ONE TERM IN CONGRESS…’
The Blaze ^

Posted on 12/02/2012 8:24:13 AM PST by ConservativeMan55

Former Florida Rep. and Tea Party favorite Allen West, who recently lost re-election to Democratic challenger Patrick Murphy, appeared on National Public Radio Friday. Far from despondent, West spoke of Washington politics and his future role with his characteristic assertive, yet calm, tone.

West is way too conservative for anyone other than us Constitutionalists to support him. He makes too much sense for the joe-six-pack/soccor-moms to understand. Plus, he is what the left calls a "plantation negro", not to mention he will never get enough support (funding) from the GOP elite.

I firmly believe this Nation is toast. The takers have won and will never understand nor agree with simple principles like self-sufficiency, work ethic, integrity, pride of accomplishment, opportunity versus guaranteed outcome, et al.

You folks keep looking to the next election to correct things. How'd this last one pan out for you? Myself, I'm now in protect my assets mode with maybe another 15 years of life. Let me know when Revolution 2.0 occurs and then maybe I'll have some hope. Although doubt there could ever be and organized resistance. For me and mine, it's now all about us. I suggest every conservative do the same. The Great Experiment in self-governing is over. Like Alexander Tytler or Franklin said, which neither are proven, but the message is still valid...

"A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship."

Can anyone on this board argue with that phrase nowadays? Be prepared for the Fedgov to incrementally shift further to total collectivism. In my guestimate, we're about 70% there.

"Not to pick nits, but Palin stood down last time."

Really???

With that all-out assault on her and her family, she took the route to let the frenzied Lefty Loons back off, and watched them assault Herman Cain, Newt Gingrich, Michelle Bachman, etc.

She knew the GOP-e already had Romney-the-RINO in the bag.....

The MSM will be out to destroy him even before his name is mentioned as running for anything. If Palin was the most hated, West has to be a close 2nd. Besides, the MSM controls the minds of the dumbed down electorate, who will do anything the MSM wants them to. Alan Keys was a good candidate as was Cain, both being black, Conservative and Intelligent, and yet the MSM managed to put them into the dust bin of politics, as they are ready to do with West. I have to laugh, they say Obama is smart and was an honor student, Gore was smart and was a C- student. I guess no mater what your grades are as a Democrat, it makes you smart when you run as President. Any Candidate in the making that is an obvious threat to the Democrat Party will most likely be destroyed ASAP. The RNC will not support anyone who leans too close to the right. IMHO,they will continue to be wussy and run wusses.

No matter who you like, be ready for the spam monkeys being used as tools with their never ending links list from the MSM calling him/her a loser. The longer the list, the more conservative you know your candidate is - LoL!

I know to some I must sound like one of those pissed off right wing extremists that has gone totally negative on the US government. Honestly though, I’m just a staunch constitutionalist that has recognized that the US has been stolen through massive corruption. Unless and until vote fraud is ELIMINATED (no electronic vote machines, no electronic vote counting machines, no early voting, no absentee voting, on welfare = U can’t vote, no ineligible candidates) and the laws are enforced to severely punish those who try or do commit vote fraud and the liberal media propaganda monopoly is dismantled, then and only then will West, Palin or any other conservative patriot win an election. I know, that sounds unattainable because we are conditioned to allow those elites controlling the current government to have their way without meaningful challenge. They will never allow the threat of a constitutionalist patriotic conservative to be president. There is a calling for a Tea Party march on Washington DC early in 2013. My opinion; a Tea Party march on DC will not accomplish anything substantive except to bring government wrath up on the Tea Party as demonstrated by the venom exuded by the left and the establishment republicans in 2010 and since. Once that wrath goes physical, the US will devolve to where the citizen vote will be cast by using bullets, providing firearms and ammo are still allowed. Back to Col Allen West, this country is dire need of more like him and he may well be a commander in the next American revolution against the tyranny now controlling this country. God speed to Col West.

Good post.

I do have a sliver of hope though. In the already RED states.. there were new voter ID laws passed. And guessed what happened?

Republicans started getting super majorities at the state level like we’ve never seen before.

Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas.. and many other states suddenly became REDDER.

There are several states that have enacted voter ID laws. Hopefully we can expand these laws to the other states.

[ I agree. Romney could have really caused a stink.. and even if it didn’t go anywhere.. raised HUGE issues about voter fraud. ]

IF he(Myth) was not complicit in it..
The debates were very face saving scripted.. for a forgone conclusion..
The election was “fixed”.. not everywhere but in the places that counted..
Brilliant theft really.. must’ve taken multiplied thousands to pull it off..

Most of whom are true believers in Obama or have committed suicide already..

Remember Daley machine oversaw the 2008 and 2012 Marxist campaign .
The same Mayor Daley brother who was called in 2000 to steal the Fl recount for Gore .

They studied ever weakness in the voting laws in Fl , Ohio , Pa , Wi ,Iowa ,
Etc.

They sued to stop voter Id laws in Pa and Wi .
They sued and kept early voters fraud voting alive in Ohio
In Fl , they had the three Dem counties palm beach , dade and broward ignore the end of early voting by handing out absentee ballots instead !
In Philly , the Dems tossed out poll watchers on Election Day !

It was the Daley voter fraud machine on a national scale and they only needed 300,000 votes !

They won Fl by 70,000 votes which came from
Those Dem counties !

It was the greatest voter fraud scam ever done !

He'd have my vote if he can get past the State-Run-Media onslaught, and the GOP-e lack of funding.

The funding and endorsements go to candidates who've shown that they have some experience winning statewide office and running something big.

One-term or two-term Congressmen don't get much funding or support if they run for president, especially if they've been defeated. You can chalk it up to the big bad GOP-e, but it's just the way things are.

If you want him to run for national office, get him to run for Congress or Senate or Governor and rack up some experience. Otherwise, reconcile yourself to the fact that his presidential candidacy won't go anywhere, GOP-e or no GOP-e.

Palin step away because she is Mom with small kids and real sick mother too .
She has priorities straight on that front.
West is tough and very blunt and has a great background .
He does not back away .
