Younger FReepers may not know of this event:

Presidential candidate knocked out of the race for crying in public.
A man crying in public was unacceptable during that time. He was deemed weak and mentally unstable.
Obama's crying is now celebrated.

There was a time when people were hanged for treason, too.
Apparently that’s acceptable now, too (and has been since Hanoi Jane’s infamous adventure on the North Vietnamese anti-aircraft gun).
Obama wears Mom-jeans. He cries in public. He embraces sodomite marriage. He bends over for the Muslims.
Just an all-around metro.
Remember Boehner? He cried, and the left couldn’t be filled with more contempt.
As Rush said the other day, I never ever take for granted the depth to which the MSM is in the tank for the Democrats. It’s beyond bias - it’s total corruption.
I do like my cable. But I have been pouring over my cable bills, trying to figure out the best way to “unplug” from all national news media. I already called up and cut off HBO this week. I normally would have kept that one, because I like their movie choice, but they make me sick.
I wish I had a cable choice to cut off ALL network channels, and keep just TCM and the 4 channels I tend to watch. Even Fox, I can’t stand to look at the news now.
I have been crying since I woke up Wednesday morning and discovered the Muslim was back for 4 more years.
That’s far from the whole story about Hart. Firstly, the photo shows her sitting on his lap, while they are holding hands, and he has his other hand on her tush. Not exactly an innocent pose, and it’s apparent to anyone who sees the photo.
Then there is the inconvenient fact that this same woman was seen leaving Hart’s house at night, and the photo in question was taken on the dock of a yacht on which the two spent an evening together in the Bahamas.
Hmmm. Ever heard of any Motown songs from the 60s?
Back in the 90’s there was a show called Sliders where the 4 main characters would ‘slide’ between alternate realities trying to find their way home. Sometimes they ran into alternate versions of themselves.
One world they landed in had women in charge of everything and men were the focus of male-bashing bigotry that kept them as second class citizens. One of the 4 sliders alternate there was actually a candidate for president, but had mysteriously disappeared. Naturally everybody thinks the slider guy is that candidate, so he winds up debating the female POTUS, but he wants to lose, so he ‘pulls a Muskie’ and when attacked in the debate starts crying and talking about how hurt he feels.
This has the opposite effect however, all the women voters are moved by his tears and the POTUS looks like she is ‘as mean as a man can be’.
Welcome to your alternate reality.
