This is NOT Romney’s tax plan.
How do I know?
I recall reading this years ago on FR. So it is obama’s tax plan.

But!
Since I became a member here during obama’s reign, I don’t know if this has also been used to describe Bush’s tax plan.

So, I conclude, this is a recycled tax plan story used at every election year.
