The RNC and SuperPac money dwarfs what the DNC et al have on the side.
All it means is that Obama has sucked up all the money that would be used to support candidates down ticket.

I would be highly skeptical of this article, except that I got a robo-call from the Romney campaign last night saying essentially the same thing. The recording of Romney's voice said that Obama had a lot more money than them going into the final stretch. I am sure that I wasn't the only one here who got this call.
