His head is upright, it does not appear to be leaning against the body of the person carrying him. In the second photo the his arm is bent upward. It does not look as though anyone is holding it up. He looks more to be in shock, but there is no FACTUAL evidence I see which shows he's dead.

Is there a DR. in the house that can tell by these photos?

The web site that posted the photo call this the “body” of the Ambassador - if he were alive would they call him the Ambassador? So you think he is really, secretly alive somewhere? Or what? They have the U.S. flags at half-staff so SOMEONE thinks he is dead....
