Ronald Reagan never made a speech that didn't invoke America's greatness. Often anecdotal, the speeches covered any number of topics -- the economy and the Soviets were two favorites -- but no matter the subject, the message remained consistent:
America was "a shining city on a hill," and its promise, as well as its people's, was boundless.
When has obama ever talked like that?

Obama wants to “transform” America. If America is a free country, what’s he going to transform it into? Socialism?

Well said, Lady Jag.
President Reagan was a gentleman and patriot who respected our country and the office of the President. Obama isn't and never will be.
