No matter how some will try to spin it, here is the bottom line, Roberts voting against Scalia and with Kagan....there is no weaseling out of that fact.
Actually, this is the best outcome for future repeal because we can now run with the fact it is a tax. Lower courts will now have precedent that stuff like this violates the Commerce Clause. And ultimately, if the mandate was tossed and bill upheld, there would have been LESS incentive to throw it out, as we all know how little Washington cares about things not being funded. Now the GOP is energized to gut the bil.
