In current circumstances the GOP will win the turnout battle. Not much for 'rats to turn out for when they are already disappointed in their flagging candidate. Romney is playing an intelligent game so far, keeping a generally low profile while emerging when opportunity permits to take a shot at some Obamanoid target. This will change after the conventions but so far so good.
