Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett said he was satisfied with information he received from Hawaii proving President Barack Obama's U.S. birth. The Cold Case Posse of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio may be harder to please. Lead Investigator Michael Zullo has not seen any documents and is "reserving comment" until he knows more.

Ain't going to happen that easily. Unless the birth certificate is presented and examined by more than one person it will not satisfy those of us who demand answers.

Anything the Arizona Sec State received in an email file must be automatically treated with suspicion. The only way this issue is ever going to go away is when they let impartial forensic investigators take a look at the actual documents and microfilm.
Nothing anyone says is going to make a rodent’s rectum worth of difference and no electronic file of any type is going to pass a smell test.

In every college in America, there is a conservative student. That student should ‘interview’ each Professor of History at his place of learning and ask “For the sake of future scholarship, do you feel that any questions surrounding the birth, education and citizenship of any American president should be definitively established by documentation?”
Then upload the answer, whatever it may be to the site’s searchable database. Make them go on record with answers or non answers. Put their credibility to the test. Once this got a few hundred entries and made the rounds on blogs, you can believe there would be a reevaluation of covering this crap up.

BY Hawaii State Law, I understood that anyone born out in the surrouding islands, had 1 year to come and REGISTER the birth, but that it wasn’t PROOF that a child was born on the Islands, but was presented within a year to be registered? This was the tradition in the Hawaii Islands before statehood, was it not?

Bennet screwed up. Once they present a BC the case for fraud goes forward, so far it’s only hearsay. I hope someone makes him show proof, then the fraud will dance.

Just thinking out loud...AFAIK, for NBC/Eligibility purposes, what’s-his-name’s father would be whoever is listed as his father on the genuine birth certificate. So if the mau mau tribesman’s son is listed as his father on the genuine birth certificate, but FMD is his actual biological father, then what’s-his-name still wouldn’t be an NBC.
On second thought, none of it matters because the feckless Congress and Judiciary aren’t going to do a damn thing about this foreign usurper.

You'll notice that Alvin Onaka, the DoH Registrar, does not state that the Obama "vital records" are "true and accurate" anywhere in Verification.
SoS Bennett on 30th March originally asked Hawaii specifically for "true and accurate" information about Obama's "vital records." Hawaii tried to ignore Bennett (about 8 weeks) until this issue became public. Hawaii refused AZ's first official request and then Hawaii told Bennett to reword his request so to accept other wording in their Verification. Bennett complied and accepted Hawaii's reworded verification so that the words "true and accurate" were left out of the Hawaiian document.
