Unfortunately, even though he’s doing a really good job, he’s unpopular in Ohio and might hurt as much as he’d help.
I remember reading some months ago that losing the vote vs. his bill to restrict state employees’ bargaining hurt Kasich’s popularity. But, I thought that had abated.
You KNOW whoever is in this race, the unions and others on the left will be going for the jugular. In that sense, it doesn’t matter who runs on the GOP side for any office.
