One of these days, the people will prevail, Mahout and your scrawny a** will hanging from a minaret.
Too bad they didn’t overpower his security, and drag the chimpanzee screaming from his vehicle and viciously beat, stab and stomp him to death.
Rebellion in Iran should really be encouraged.
Poor guy! What Iran needs is a Community Organizer, that will change things for sure. They think its bad now?
Well-fed people, many blinded by Islam, rose up against the Shah.
Some prescriptions for, hopefully, not too distant future:
They should be storming billionaire mullahs’ houses and fortresses in Iran. Take lessons from the French Revolution, remember the Bastille & the fate of Louis XVI...
Ahmadinejad is a nobody, for now.
They should then burn down the *Holey* city of Qom - that would be a great start.
Followed by spitting on Khomeini’s grave in his grand mausoleum, just to get rid of some additional frustration. He was the one who promised free electricity, petrol and what not.
His mausoleum, I suspect, will eventually be turned into a museum for the crimes of the Islamic Republic against Iran and her people.
This part of Iranian history should be documented in detail in history books, and kept alive in the minds of generations to come, not only in Iran, but also outside.
A personal copy should be sent to James Earl Cart Jr. as a souvenir, signed “With Love, from Iran”. Another unsigned one should be kept in the Library of Congress; Billy Clinton & Barack Hussein Obama should read it thoroughly & frequently - you know, lead by example...
Every foreign Head of State visiting Iran should spend some time in that museum.
Oh.. they should dedicate a public holiday named Islamic Republic Day (like Bastille Day), celebrate it each year with jubilation, while handing out sweets such as Gaz & Sohaan...
Since my mother’s family is from Yazd (which is very famous for its delicious cakes & sweets such as Gaz, Qottab, Pashmak, etc..) - I’d be delighted to have some organized for public distribution, when the time is right!
