That was my question earlier today....

I believe that they had to charge him with murder just to prevent blacks burning down most of Florida.
I predict that he is acquitted, then gets a total new identity in a different state, and cries himself to sleep each night for the rest of his life!
I wold think the only way to protect him would be to put him in solitary, 100% segregated from the inmate population.
