I'm pretty sure Souter no longer sits on the SC - he's retired. But you're not the first to mention him - am I missing something?

Sorry and thanks for the correction. It is Breyer I am thinking of. There’s probably not much chance he will join Roberts, Scalia, Thomas, Alito and Kennedy. I don’t see any of the women voting to uphold the Constitution.
