When McPain endorsed Romney, AZ was never in doubt. It always does as McPain says. People there really believe McPain.
“When McPain endorsed Romney, AZ was never in doubt. It always does as McPain says. People there really believe McPain.”
If McPain is so powerful in Arizona, why did he need Palin to save his bacon in 2010? His endorsement—even in AZ—strikes me as worthless, like Jacob Marley endorsing the Ghost of Christmas Past. Who cares?
Nobody is paying any attention to the old coot any more.
Mormon's stacked the audience during the debate and whooped and cheered at every Romney platitude. They are a big factor and likely vote more Republican than Democrat (Harry Reid excepted). In fact, the Mormon temple in Mesa has the biggest attendance of any outside of Utah. The LDS population in the PHX area has led to the building of two more temples that will open in the next two to five years. If Santorum can cut Romney's lead or even defeat him there (as unlikely as it seems), Mitt will have trouble going forward in areas less populated by them.
Well, they said that the Mormon population in Colorado would hand Romney the victory, but it didn’t work. So, maybe there is hope.
Are you aware that the University of Phoenix is a Mormon company and that they have been under attack from the Obama administration?
No and no, but what does that have to do with anything? Are you a Mitt supporter?
It’s just more reason for a big Mormon push for Romney in AZ.
My son used to work at University of Phoenix. He was their top recruiter for almost two years. They treated him very badly. It was different for Mormons.
