I have been thinking...Fla. Gov. Rick Scott is personal friends with TX Gov. Rick Perry. I think Scott was waiting to see if Perry got any traction before endorsing anyone. Rick Scott has said several times he has talked to all of the candidates and he is looking for the best jobs plan and economy plan before endorsing..SO....RICK PERRY ENDORSED GINGRICH.
