It’s a tax haven only if you cheat on your taxes. Just because the money is in a Caymen Island fund doesn’t mean you are allowed to pay less in taxes. It just means it’s easier to cheat.

right, as long as you file the proper forms and pay any taxes on income there, you are fine.

A tax haven is defined as anyplace thar has lower taxes than where you live. Sweden is a tax haven to Norwegians.
