She is doing the right thing. It will be interesting to see if she endorses anyone.

I told my wife this morning that I thought she might be pulling out either today or tomorrow given her performance in Iowa

Looks like the writing's on the wall.

Speaking of writing on the wall, McNuts is coming out to endorse Mittens. Two losers. Larry Sabato just said "a lot of Republicans hold a lot of animus for McNuts" and it won't help, and could possibly hurt, McRomney.

I like Michelle and her message and she’s tough. However, this appears to me to be the right decision. I thought she really torpedoed any chance she had to get back in the race during the last debate. When she responded to Newt Gingrich by saying “I’m a serious candidate”. Really? When you feel the need to say that in a national debate, it tells America you aren’t a serious candidate IMO.

I wish her luck in her future endeavors, but with her and Perry getting out of the race it means that the conservatives will coelesce around Santorum or Gingrich and have a better chance of defeating Romney. Things are shaping up well for Santorum IMO. Not only the win in Iowa, but Gingrich in his speech last night showed his hand that he’s directing all his cannon fire at Romney in New Hampshire. Santorum has a good chance to do well in New Hampshire.

Kind of a shame - I think she would have done the right things for America....but don’t think she could have beaten Obama.

I predicted it for her and Huntsman yesterday.

Place your bets for her endorsement.

Let's see if she backs the mitwit - a bodice ripping rhapsody perhaps?

We’ll get to see if she truly was the stalking horse for Romney. I’m hoping she’ll endorse either Santorum or Gingrich. I also hope that this might put an end to her presidential aspirations. Although a good conservative, I don’t see her as presidential material and we need her as a voice of the Tea Party in Congress.

She will endorse nobody...which is the best thing.

I hope Perry does the same.

It might remind voters of how difficult it was to pull the lever for McCain while using both hands to hold their noses.

I sure hope not. LOL

I had to laugh at Toesucker Morris on FOX this morning. He was saying Newt needs to go after Santorum and not Romney. His logic is that Newt would stand to pick up Santorum’s votes.

Wronggggg, Newt needs to bloody Romney at this point in time. Dick just knows that after the Romney attacks on Newt in Iowa, Newt will be coming after Romney.

Between she and Perry and MO talking about liking being called ‘your excellence’ in the PAST TENSE, I’m really starting to see some Hillary handwriting on the wall.

"Who will she endorse?"

I can see both her and Rick Perry endorsing Santorum - could help pull him across the finish line.
He is the most conservative one left (just wish he had Bachmann's fire).

Michelle Bachmann is the kind of Tea Party conservative we needed in the White House. It's a shame that she wasn't able to gain traction. Many Freepers criticized Bachmann for attacking Gingrich in the debates. So what? Gingrich is an establishment politician and Bachmann represents the Tea Party movement. I also never bought the conspiracy that Bachmann was running interference for Mitt Romney and pining to be on his ticket. Do people really think that milquetoast Romney would put a hard core conservative like Michelle Bachmann on his ticket?

Anyway, it wasn't meant to be. In the meantime, I hope that Bachman seeks higher office such as the Senate or a governorship. That might be a stepping stone for her to make another run someday.

I'm hoping that if Bachmann drops out this morning, she throws her support and her campaign resources to Rick Santorum. He's going to need it. By the way, Santorum has jumped 5 points overnight in the NH race. He's got a shot to make it close and if he can deny Romney a solid victory next week, it may be fatal to Romney's campaign. Remember that Romney is counting on a blowout next Tuesday in NH to give him momentum for the contests to come. If Romney cannot win solidly in his own backyard, his campaign will be sputtering into SC on fumes.

If she is out, she will likely endorse Santorum. I can't really see her endorsing sKerry/RomneySan.

McCainTheBackstabbingElection-throwingProgressiveWeasel will say there is nothing to fear from a Romney Presidency, all while putting his head between his legs singing we are the red and yellow.

I actually think that there is going to be a surge around Santorum. Anyone watching what happened last night, knows that the Tea Party Conservatives are a serious bunch and ya best get behind them or watch Obama ruin this nation after he takes the 2012 2nd term!
