Herman Cain is expected to make a "major announcement" today, anytime between 11am and 1pm EST in Atlanta. The media is assuming he will quit the race. Politico is positively glowing with anticipation of this. Will he fold, or FIGHT? He is also opening a new Atlanta HQ. Twitter reports that people are jamming in early to show their support.
We simply don't know what will happen, or when it will happen. What are your thoughts? Do you think he should quit? Or do you think Cain should stay in the race and deny the State-Run Media yet another GOP scalp on a platter - for unproven allegations -while they allow a vile rapist like Clinton, or commie cokehead like Obama breeze through unscathed?

I think Newt will be better than hussein. We'll see how this goes. Unlike many, I just can't get this religious faith type enthusiasm for a political leader.
There have been various candidates that I thought were very good but not this year.
I agree, the pickings are lousy. But hussein has to be worse. Lately he’s been out of the spotlight and is possibly getting a boost from the economy finally recovering. He’s going to be a tough one to beat.

The lesser of two evils is still evil. And we need someone who will shut down useless government and cut spending. None of the picks have that kind of record.
I believe he destroyed USSR monetary system and I believe he is globally striking other countries economy; he has US and EU in his sights now.

If someone had accused me of rape, and the company I worked for settled the claim, then I most certainly WOULD bring it up myself if I wanted to run for President. I would want it brought up on MY terms, with MY documentation of what happened.

I've posted it to my FB page a couple of times, and have gotten great responses from my fellow conservatives. I don't have too many liberal FB 'friends', so I don't know what they may have thought about it.
I will tell you, though, that dropping that sort of info on black liberals isn't a slam dunk. I've gotten into major firefights with at least a couple of my relatives over the truth of the history of the Democrat party, and the real roots of racism in American politics. When presented with the documented truth, they just sniff and say, "well, the parties have swapped positions in the last 100 years."
Liberalism is a mental disorder. It takes more than reason, logic, and factual information to cure a person of it. They first have to recognize that there's something wrong with their model. Until they have that basic realization, you're just talking to a wall.

I read some of your recent posts and it seems you have a nasty habit of deliberately insulting and denigrating folks who disagree with you on a wide variety of subject matter. Also you frequently call them racists and trolls, even without provocation. You use your 11 years here as some sort of excuse for rude behavior as if longevity on this forum gives one such privileges, yet in the past you have whined about having your posts pulled.
There is NO RIGHT to be unoffended, so get over it and quit treating every little thing as a racial insult. That has lost its effectiveness due to continual abuse by the left!

I am very sorry for all the Cain supporters today. You stood behind him, and you never waivered. I can’t say the same for myself, as I started losing interest a short while ago. I wish there had been a better outcome. I have some theories on why he left the race, but I’ll save that for another day when fellow conservatives aren’t hurting.
This is the time however, when we need to stand united as conservatives. This is not the time to fight ourselves (I’m not specifically addressing anyone). We will pick a candidate, and we will crawl over broken glass to take back the white house. If anything, the MSM attacks have made us more determined. Do not let them tear us apart.
