People didn’t agree with Reagan because they liked him.
They liked him because they agreed with what he said and believed he would follow through on the things he said.
And he did. For the most part.
I give the American people more credit than going for a Likeability Score. If that’s all it was, then Cain would definitely be way out in front.
I think Cain wins hands down on the question of likeability.
I did not mean likability is the only factor, it is just more important than many others, of course. My guess is 75% of voters do not spend more than 2 to 3 hours TOTAL studying various candidates on issues before they vote. People visiting sites such as this are much more informed. But most voters are not.
