To: 2ndamendmentpa

Well actually if you read this thread early on people were calling for extra-legal actions against Sandusky. That led some to suggest Sandusky actually should be allowed to defend himself. Are you ok with that or do you favor lynching Sandusky?

Not at all. Im fine with the law working him over...Thats OUR right.

I assume it’s his legal right to defend himself...correct?

None of the proponents in these threads have been suggesting Sandusky and a complement of others involved don’t have their day in court, nor their opportunity to court appointed defense counsel or counsel they procure.

No one is denying that Sandusky be tried, what we are defending is the right to make moral judgments.

And we don't need to have sanctimonious people tell us that making a moral judgment doesn't represent conservative values.

Sandusky will get his day in court, as he should.

No one has said otherwise, so stopping trying to insiniute that those who want justice done, have a 'lynch mob' mentality.

That is the Left's favorite tactic to avoid making moral judgments.
