I don’t mind debate about the exact means, but it seems that a society that can figure out how to go to the moon, ought to be able to figure out how to police the border closely enough that anyone trying to get in from outside who isn’t supposed to will get stopped and questioned. There’s no reason Mexico should be indulged in presuming on the USA winking at its own immigration policy. Virtual fence, real fence, a mix of the two, whatever, but it belongs at the Mexican border. And there is no reason Texas should be taxed any more than Illinois is for keeping the invaders out.

Which side do we build this thing? I'm not trying to be a smart ass, I am just trying to wade through the knee jerk reactions of some and show what Bachman,Santorum and recently Palin are advocating and how they are pandering.
