Did you read what you just wrote?

I read everything I write. More relevant questions would be why can’t you comprehend simple language and why do you think your circular argument gets you anything but labeled an inept tool?

Your post #318

"Thanks but Rick Perry and the state of Texas cannot change the federal requirements necessary to apply for US citizenship. They can create all the state laws they want but an ILLEGAL alien cannot apply for citizenship which has to be done through the federal government.

If there is a next time I see a technical error in one of your posts, I won’t point it out.

I’m not sure why you have that attitude, all I did was state as a fact that Perry and Texas cannot create state law that supersedes federal law. I appreciate your correcting me with a more recent version of the Texas law but that Texas law is invalid as it pertains to US federal immigration law.

Always been a mystery to me...... how much taxable income illegals have to earn to pay for their multiple children being educated by the taxpayers at $10,000.00 a head? ........must be a pretty large sum for a low wage lawn-mower, crop-picker, or dry wall installer....

Illegals are more likely to be collecting US government checks than picking crops, despite the incessant latino propaganda. They use multiple identities to suckup numerous govt freebies, riding the US gravy train. Jose Madrigal, the Washington state rapist, had some 30 identities. Another illegal used multiple fake ID's to collect $3.5 million unemployment checks. Most of these "impoverished immigrants" pay several thousand dollars to establish multiple identities. They also get SS no's for anchor babies and use the no's themselves to suckup numerous US govt freebies.

RIDING THE US GRAVY TRAIN An illegal alien w/ wife and five children violates our borders. He gets a job mowing lawns for $5.00 or 6.00/hour. At that low wage, with six dependents, he pays no income tax, so each year, he files an Income Tax Return to get "EITC---earned income credit" of up to $3,200 scot-free. He qualifies for Section 8 housing and subsidized rent. He qualifies for food stamps and no deductible, no co-pay free health care. His children get free school breakfasts and lunches. The kids qualify for monthly SSI checks, faking ADD; the illegal and his wife get SSI if they fake being aged, blind or disabled; SSI qualifies them for Medicare. Plus illegals don't worry about pricey items like car insurance, life insurance, or homeowners insurance, and qualifies for relief from high energy bills.

NOTE WELL: Earned Income Tax Credit is available only to immigrant workers who obtain legal work status. But the law allows immigrants to claim EITC for up to three years prior to obtaining that status. Workers simply file a tax return for the years in which they were not legally eligible to work in the US. The most widespread abuse stems from the requirement that children live with the worker for more than six months of the year. IRS does little to verify the claim. Many immigrants claim non-existent children, or claim children who they’ve left behind with relatives. Those with two or more children and income below $32,121 could get as much as $4,008. It is estimated that illegals got $22 billion.

===========================================

THE LUCRATIVE PHONY ID BUSINESS---DOCUMENTS FOR A PRICE July 21, 2006 -- Pelcastre brothers, Angel and Jorge, Dallas, Texas, were a walking threat to US national security, expert document forgers who, for a few thousand dollars, could give anyone a new identity.

The Texas brothers turned a NJ hotel room into a business office and were readying a massive cache of fake Social Security cards for delivery to a local NJ identity broker. The Texas brothers were a "one-stop shop" for a myriad of fake US documents, including birth certificates, Social Security cards, driver's licenses for any state in the US, passports and resident alien cards, said state police.

Officers happened upon two cars bearing Texas plates in a NJ hotel parking lot. Authorities wouldn't identify the NJ hotel by name for fear it would spark retribution from savage drug cartels operating in the US.

The Texas brothers were followed to a NJ office supply store nearby where they purchased computer supplies. Officers then followed the Texans to a NJ storage facility in Secaucus, NJ, where the Texans loaded several boxes into a car. One of them stood lookout.

L/E approached the Texas brothers when they returned to the NJ hotel and questioned them separately. The Texas brothers consented to a search.

Police recovered laminating sheets with built-in security features, pages of blank documents waiting for fake names and information, finished documents, computers and software to create the fake IDs.

All told, the haul was worth about $500,000 on the street. Police also recovered $6,000 in cash, which was the first payment from a NJ fake document broker for a shipment of 500 fake Social Security cards. ####

ACORN latinos praised Gov Perry for passing HB 1823, which allowed people to refinance and get traditional mortgages and be able to get out from under those nuisance subprime mortgages.

Q. So why didn't ACORN latinos have traditional mortgages in the first place? Ones like most working class Americans have....and pay off monthly? A. Because they did not qualify for those loans---but no one was allowed to utter such heretical words. Banks were sued into giving loans to anything that moved. If the applicant could breathe and make an X on an app they got a mortgage. No questions asked....not about jobs, residency, citizenship, ability to pay. Nada.

Conniving illegals (here for "a better life") flipped houses to family members at higher and higher prices, duping banks over and over, each family member making a bundle. Then the last illegal mtge holder absconded to Mexico--leaving US taxpayers holding the bailout bag. Senor Perry screwed tax paying Americans again ----allowing ACORN latinos to get a better deal, leaving working class taxpayers holding the bag for numerous defaulted mortgages.

============================================

I can agree to disagree on issues, but being insulted is another matter. Twice in a row Perry went out of his way to insult conservatives.....the self-same people he needs to vote for him. Perry reinforced what he really believes-----only he is Truly Worthy. The rest of us are "racists" and "heartless."

Uhh.... The fence is put on our side of the Rio Grande... As close to the river bank a you like.

What? Declaring imminent domain over a swath of land, seizing it from law-abiding Americans for an infrastructure project? Why, that's shades of Perry's TTC!

You RINO, you!

;-P

Gee, what an outrage! That's the EXACT same rate I would have to pay to go to Texas A&M university, seeing as I'm a resident of Illinois and thus don't have access to "in-state tuition rates" like Rick Perry gives to ILLEGAL foriegners who have no right to live in MY country.

If you did the same thing the illegals did, which is to go to a Texas school for three years, you *WOULD* get the exact same rate.

Perry and Cain are my two choices as well. If Cain can prove his durability, then I’ll have a difficult choice come primary season.

But it’s a choice that I’ll be happy to bear, as it’s been a *LONG* time since I haven’t had to hold my nose while in the voting booth.

Yep. Dang shame the Federal government ain’t doing a d@mn thing about it. Maybe Texas ought to submit a bill to the Federal government so they can pay it.

Wait... Perry tried that.

Let me get this thread straight.

You believe a state governor should deport all illegals found in the state, correct?

I can agree with you here. I believe Perry wants to secure the border. I do not believe he wants amnesty. He is going to have to convince people of that though. He needs to do better, perhaps this bomb on stage at the debate will change things.
