We gave the Chinese the W-88. Our crown jewel thermonuclear warhead of our arsenal. It was the last one we designed over 20 years ago, and ending production over a decade ago. We are not designing or producing any new warheads. That is not the case with Russia, China, Iran, and probably many more.
There has been a major change in US nuclear policy in the last 20 years. Why is weakness acceptable? Why is weakness admirable? Why is weakness some sort of moral high ground? Overkill IS a GOOD thing because it leaves no question in your potential enemies mind where they don’t want to go.
“Not so. Clinton’s public rejection of logic helped send an entire generation into la-la land.”

Absolutely, there seems to be an ever growing myth that Bill Clinton was a really good president but there is zero truth to it. Obama is so bad that many are saying that he makes Clinton look good but for those who really understand reality the Clinton administration may not look as bad as Obama’s but it will never look good. Even if we had elected another Reagan in 2008 we would still be struggling to overcome the damage done by Clinton, Obama has simply piled on so much more damage that it is easy for many to forget what was already done.
I should have said, “Clinton gave...”
I seriously doubt that “we” would retaliate if Obammie the Commie were in the WH. He is the type that would say, “this is a wake-up call that we need to rethink our culture blah blah blah.”
Hillary would embroil us in a war and use that to impose martial law. She is a Stalinist to the core.
As I recall it was an El Camino with AstroTurf in the back.
Ironic that most of those targets are 'blue' voter areas.
I'm not sure they'd nuke more than a couple, actually, just to make their point and disrupt intermodal transportation at commerce hubs. The rest would go for strategic retaliatory-strike capable targets, carrier groups, and the like.
Wait a month after the strike, and most of those left in cities would kneel before their new masters for a crust of bread.
