FORMER DIRECTOR’S CALENDAR RELEASED UNDER OPEN RECORDS LAW, BUT REQUEST FOR CURRENT DIRECTOR’S CALENDAR “DENIED IN ITS ENTIRETY”
On July 23, 2011, The Post & Email mailed a request to Loretta Fuddy, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, under the state’s open records, or UIPA, law.
Our request was received by the Hawaii Department of Health on July 28, 2011 and responded to on August 3, 2011 as having been “denied in its entirety.” The reason for the denial given was “Director Fuddy’s personal calendar is not a government record within the scope of HRS §92F-3, See OIP Opinion 04-17.” The calendar was sought because a member of the public had been told that Fuddy was “on leave” and had “left the island” when calling to inquire as to whether or not Fuddy intended to comply with a subpoena issued by the U.S. District Court in Honolulu in relation to the lawsuit Taitz v. Astrue. The Post & Email was told by an Oahu resident acquainted with certain employees in the Health Department that Fuddy had been gone for a few days but had been in her office during the weeks of July 18 and July 25, 2011.
On August 8, 2011, Taitz and two document experts arrived at the Health Department but were denied access to Obama’s original birth certificate and instead given a letter stating that the documents requested would not be produced for inspection, citing “privacy” laws.....

Seems to me - if the “personal calendar” of any state employee is kept/maintained on equipment paid for by the citizens of that state - it by default becomes a “public” record and subject to inspection.
On the flip side - if it is fact NOT a public record and not subject to rules of disclosure, why is a government employee using state assets for personal benefit?
Improper/unauthorized use of government equipment is often grounds for discipline, up to/including termination & pension forfeiture.
Just sayin’.

When Trump wanted to see Obama’s birth certificate I figured that if Obama gave in we’d see the news cameras in Hawaii and they’d be looking closely at a piece of paper.
How suspicious that it was released online as a PDF (not to mention in layers).
I am surprised that Trump accepted it. I’m surprised Trump didn’t quickly respond with “Are you kidding? I want to see the original birth certificate. The actual document. The paper. Not a photo of something online. I could create in an hour what you posted. I want to see paper. Not a file”
And in the end... all is settled...he showed his birth cerificate.
Now either he is:
1) Hiding something
or
2) He was hoping that it was not settled and it would become an election issue to over-shadow everything else that’s going on.
Either way... this issue will come back strong after the elections whether he wins or not.

when the forgery comes out, she will be charged with conspiracy to commit fraud, identity theft, and possibly treason against the American people (if 0bama turns out to be a foreign agent... hey, I can dream, can’t I?)

Hawaii has to protect itself. Obama has lied and they have sworn to that lie. If they are caught they will all go to jail. certainly I look for record destruction, maybe a fire.
