Unfortunately, she’s the one who failed to report 14,000 votes and precipitated the Prosser-Kloppenburg recall. If, as some has speculated, she is delaying the final counts until all the Dim votes are in, then she might be the savviest of them all. That prevents the Dims from knowing how many votes they need to beat.
