Sayyyyy, isn't that right out of Saul Alinsky's "Rules For Radicals"? Isolate and dehumanize your opponent? Yes, I believe it is. It's out of an older playbook than Alinsky's. Let's visit Europe in the 1930's and a bit farther east in the 1920's.
