Rambo had nothing on this Norwegian.

This Norwegian had incredible skills. He put together a powerful car bomb and we have seen how hard that is from Times Square and London. To top that off he planted another bomb high up in a nearby building and timed it to go off when the first responders were on scene dealing with the first device. That takes a high degree of expertise and coordination. Only a highly trained demo man could pull this off. But that is of course not all. He then drove 40 miles, got in a boat, talked his way into a camp in a disguise and killed 87 people with small arms. Somehow, at some point, whether earlier or during this evolution, he also planted a third bomb on the island but that one was discovered and disarmed.

This would make James Bond green with envy.

The skills necessary for a bombmaker are generally different from those of a shooter. This one guy was a one man Army. Or so we are told less than 8 hours after action.

One lone “madman” with a “minor” criminal record...

I ain’t buying it.

If he was trying to blame the Muslim community for this via a false flag operation, I hope the Norwegian authorities would see to it to incarcerate him with a Muslim cellmate.

If it had just been the Oslo bombing, I might have believed a "false flag" assertion. It would have been conceivable that he could have gotten away with it. Now, a blond guy shooting up a Labor Party youth camp is much less credible. It seems very unlikely that he could have thought he could have gotten away uncaptured.

Every news organization, even Fox, is pointing out in every paragraph of their stories that he is “blond, blue eyed”, “anti-Muslim” and “right wing”. This never happens on the other 99% of terror attacks where the terrorist IS a Muslim.

Given the political bent of news organizations all over the world, I doubt that any of this is even true, but even if it is, the style of reporting is so obvious that it again damages the credibility of news organizations everywhere.

“MUZZIE, agreed all wise men of Free Republic early on. Who am I to doubt them? They won't eat this for dinner!”

What a stupid thing to say about this tragedy. Yes many of of us assumed without much doubt it was a coordinated terrorist attack with.
You think we should somehow apologize it that proves to not be the case?
Just weird what some peoples priorities are.

“And Jared Lee Loughner was a left wing, psychotic, pothead, but that wasn’t part of the Rutters Template. Anyone who willfully kills children isn’t exactly from the regular box of crayons.”

Yep once again the right will be blamed for yet anther crime committed by a leftist Obama supporting psychopath.

But what do you expect from a people who have no more sense of justice then they do a sense of real world economics.

"I can’t imagine why someone with those views, who is angry that Muslims are immigrating to Norway and harm Norwegians, would then go and slaughter so many Norwegians. Senseless."
Perhaps he hated fellow Norwegians, the ruling Socialist Labor Party, who he considered traitors to national interests and chief enablers of the Muslim invasion, more then the Muslims?

The “Bush’s fault” posters have more credibility than the club of fools who rush in!

Well I guess a good percentage of us are fools then. I guess seeing how the events happened and they fit like a glove to an Islamic terror attack, made our assumption seem pretty likely.

The native Norwegian Templar Knight profile kind off slipped past us all.
Native Norwegian Templar Knight terror attacks haven't been extremely common.

OK, but why not wait until at least one additional fact comes to the surface?

“OK, but why not wait until at least one additional fact comes to the surface?”

In hindsight; good point. But as the events unfolded yesterday; it seemed very very unlikely that the answer would be anything else.
A coordinated; 2 location terror attack against one of the countries who had a simmering Muslim population.

We all know the motivation is there and many other places.

This Breivik person has posted against multiculturalism and marxism for a long period of time (and appeared mostly coherent) so it’s probably for real...

You can download his 1518-page book here [7.7mb PDF]. 2083 - A European Declaration of Independence, by Andrew Berwick.

The M.O. matched. Apparent vehicle bomb, shooting defenseless people....

I just don't know why anyone might think the Religion of Peace was involved. (/s)

Now, it appears there is information to the contrary. We'll see what evidence comes out.
