(Vanity) Unofficial Sarah Palin money waiting to be donated thread

Posted on 06/08/2011 4:42:46 PM PDT by jsdjason

Sorry if this type of thread is frowned upon, if so take it down, but I was just curious to see how much money people on FR are thinking about contributing to Palin if she runs. Update the count when you post what you would contribute.

I'll start with $1,000.

The msm has lowered the bar on Palin so low, that all she has to do is walk to the microphone without falling down. Once the people see who she really is, it's “kattie bar the door” for the current buzzards in charge. RINO’s that is. From there, the main obstacle will be to convince the women of America that a “10” can be smart and actually lead them to a “femine first”. A woman President. The men of America already know she's a “10”. They just need to hear how smart she actually is!!

That’s $22,050 already. If you have a dollar amount in mind, please post it and then add it to and post the running count. Let’s get this over $1 million.

When you said TX, I remembered...you’re the fella whose business was dried up by these lousy interloper amigos. grrr. Mine was affected by them in an indirect way, as well but I am going into business myself because there was and still is a huge gap in this market in the nursery/plant business. No one here grows and brings in the plants that the HOAs require that they use, if you can believe it. So I am going to do it and sell them directly to contractors. Had I known how hard it would be for someone my age (50) to find a job, I would have started this enterprise the day after I was laid off, while I still had an unemployment check coming in. Live & learn, I guess.

I do have a tiny suggestion for you if you haven’t thought about it. Around here, these contractors with crews of amigos do AWFUL work, just terrible. That may be true in your area, as well. You might have to market yourself as a remedial contractor who cleans up the mistakes the non-professional made.

Also, my sister recommended this site to me. Basically jobs are posted there, that free lancers bid on. My sister uses this method when she has specialty things to do. She will NOT hire anyone as an employee because of the regulations, taxes, and Obamacare.

After dinner, pour yourself a nice cold one and take your time and poke around and see what’s what:

http://www.elance.com/q/find-work/online-work-overview/ There are all kinds of things there, many different fields.

Best of luck to you and your wife.

I’m in for $200...after that I’ll eat PB and jelly sandwiches and try to give more each month. Please God, we need somebody with the guts to slash and dash Washington DC before the crowd up there does us all in. Plus I’m looking at Senate candidates that are going to need our help. I’ve started a gallon jar for my pocket change. We’ve got to get the commies cleaned out of our Senate also.

Hey, that’s a good idea, the jar thing. Remember when Ollie North had to testify where he got the $ 10,000 and he had to confess to his wife making him put his change in the jar every day?

LOL

Our old business is probably 70% off its former normal, but of the jobs we do get today, that's one of my larger selling points. It also happens to be true. You wouldn't believe the degraded standards of my competitors who use illegal labor.

Thanks for the freelancer bidding link. I'll check it out.

Good luck to us both!

“I’ll donate if she becomes the nominee. Not before.”

Same here because I don’t want my money to go somewhere else. The minute she announces I will send what I can on a monthly basis as I am on a fixed income for now. I wish I were wealthy....I would drown her in cash...when she announces.

Struggling with finances lately, but will definitely commit to $100 when she officially declares.

President Palin has an awesome ring to it. First Dude Todd, too.

See the link I provided on 39.

Short answer is $2,500 each direct to Sarah Palin’s Presidential.

For SarahPac $5,000 each per year. You can give the max this year and another max 5k next year. Additional PACs same amount new meter.

As you climb the ladder to Party donations somewhere around 100K funny how that happened, eh?

In any case read the regs for the details, otherwise embarassment for us and the candidates.

At least a grand when she announces. Then work like crazy to help in any way and donate as much more as I can.
Run, Sarah!
