It didn’t take long for some of President Obama’s doubters to claim the long-awaited birth certificate posted online by the White House on Wednesday had been altered or might be a fake.
But a leading software expert says there’s no doubt about its authenticity, and he dismisses claims of fraud as flat-out wrong.
The doubters have latched onto the idea that Adobe Illustrator — the premier program for computer graphic artists — “reveals” evidence of document manipulation in the Obama birth certificate. They note Illustrator reveals nine separate layers of the document, and claim it’s “proof” the file has been altered.
But that’s not so, says Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator.
“You should not be so suspicious about this,” Tremblay told FoxNews.com, dismissing the allegations.

He said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery. “I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.
Tremblay explained that the scanner optical character recognition (OCR) software attempts to translate characters or words in a photograph into text. He said the layers cited by the doubters shows that software at work – and nothing more.

Perhaps some organization can be added to this discussion to help me understand how this document might have originally been created. I suspect this post is primarily for my own edification. Here would be the sequence of events? (please edit and correct as you see fit)
1. Raw form is created by printing company with all the official printing.
2. DOH ID number added. Not sure at this point if the DOH file number would be added before the form is filled out but I suspect this might be the case. It may be very possible that the already-numbered forms are distributed to different department/localities.
3. Birth data is received from respective medical centers in the area and typewritten onto the forms. I suppose it is also possible that medical centers could be given these forms and they could be typed on-site.
4. The form is signed by the parent and dated. There is a question here as to whether the mother was still in the medical center at this time when the form is signed. Three days have elapsed since the birth but it was much more common in the 60’s for women to be held multiple days after birth. It may also be possible that SAD had to go to the DOH to sign?
5. The form is signed and dated by the “Attendant”. This happened a day after Stanley signed and the same day that the form was stamped/signed by the registrar. Would the attendant leave the medical center to sign this document? This is where the sequence and flow of the document gets a bit uncertain in my mind.
The point of this exercise is to determine if the sequence of events is normal or perhaps as was identified on the Daily Pen, the document took an unusual path from what most hospital births would have experienced.

That DOB and the SSN came from Obama Senior’s INS file. Yes, he obtained a SSN because he asked for permision to work part time to help with his expenses in Hawaii.
Was the SSN issued to Senior originally resered for residents from CT? He he he...

First time I’ve seen that particular hoax. It is the most amateur one yet IMHO, besides, of course, the crayon-scribbled joke BC’s. Look at the typewriter characters on this one.... not only do they not line up vertically, they don’t even line up horizontally; all over the map. What a clutzed up cut-n-paste job!

There was no urgency. He already waited three years. If there was an urgency, then overnight delivery would be faster, than an expensive attorney flying to hawaii, spending the night and flying back. Why did they need an attorney in Hawaii? Why did they spend thousands of dollars to go get it all of sudden?
Because they needed to “fabricate” a document and it required an Obama stoolie to be present to ensure the proper and limited information was affixed to the fraudulent document.
By the way there was urgency, and I was saying for the past several weeks that the pending appearance on Oprah would address the issue since Trump has gained so much public traction against him.

I was curious to hear your comments on the obvious halo's around the text in Obama’s and the lack thereof on mine.
To me it is indicative of a cut paste job but I am far from an expert and don't have the experience that you do.
Based on what Janice Okubo has said, there were pre-printed forms that had only the 151 (apparently the code for birth records) printed on them. Those were at the hospitals and at the local registrar’s office. When a child was born at a hospital the BC was filled out at the hospital and the hospital submitted it to the local registrar. If it was an unattended birth the parents could report the birth, with a doctor examining the baby within the first month and completing the BC. Or, if the parents couldn’t/wouldn’t report it, anybody could report the birth to the local registrar and he/she would try to get the needed informaton and documentation.
For Kapiolani the pattern seems to be that they submitted their BC’s to the local registrar on Fridays.
Both Okubo, the probable HDOH Administrative Rules at the time, and the CDC’s 1961 Natality Report agree that the local registrars collected BC’s over a period of time (the rules say a week) and then submitted them to the state DOH office, where they were assigned a state number. The current HDOH Administrative Rules say that the assignment of a number is how the state’s acceptance of the BC is represented.
Okubo says that the “date filed” on COLB’s that are printed out means the day that the BC was received at a HDOH office, which was almost always the same day as it was given a state number, since most births were on Oahu. For other islands, the BC’s were to be collected for a month and then sent by air mail to the state registrar’s office on the 4th of the month. Because there was mailing time involved the date that the local registrar on the island filed the BC and the date that the BC was given a state number at the state registrar’s office were different.
So what Okubo was saying was that the Oahu local registrars collected BC’s for a week and then processed them and sent them on the same day to the state registrar’s office where it was filed and given a number on the same day.
That makes a lot of sense given the childhood history. You have a marriage with marriage licence - just a divorce. And a divorce after Obama Sr. left the island. So he may have donated nothing but his name. Note that the divorce decree is missing a page. Malicious hiding, a required legal redaction or just sloppiness? Who knows, the dog has eaten so much home work in this story that it must be a very fat dog.
You then have the blatant lying about the marriage date of Lolo and Stanley Ann. Everyone - included Time Mag said they were married in 1967 or 1968. You will still find postings to that effect. But finally, after an FOIA request we find out that the marriage was in fact in March of 1965. Two years before broadly reported. If under the age of 5 Obama may have transferred citizenship to his new 2nd foreign national (who never became a US citizen) father. FOIAs show SAD REMOVED her son from her passport. So what happened? Likely he because a Indonesian Citizen and formaly had his name changed to Barry Soetoro.
Then he came back. Seems he uses the name Barry. Is it Barry Obama or Barry Soetoro? Not much to go on there.
He seemed to use the name Barry up until his mother divorced Lolo in 1980. Again Obama or Soetoro? Did he interchange them when useful? In any case he seems to get back to Barack Obama in 1980 - after his mothers divorce that expliciently list a dependent who will need education funding - i.e. Barry/Barack Obama/Soetoro. So did he leverage his foreign national father - at least while at Oxy?
I am going to say yes. There are 999-99-xxxx ss number associated with his name while there. These 'temporary SS numbers' are often used for foreign nationals at colleges. He definitely went by Barry during that time. He leveraged his Indonesian citizen status. But doing so after the age of 18 is a problem - a very big problem if you make a run at POTUS.
After his mothers divorce he lost the connection to Indonesia. So he went back to being Barack Obama. But did he LEGALLY go back to that? Or was he (as he may have been since age 4) still LEGALLY Barry Soetoro and an Indonesian Citizen? This is a very likely scenerio.
Then he had to get a fake social since he legally was not a US citizen AND he was an adult. So legally he may needed to immigrate to become a US Citizen again. As a foreign national without a work permit he could not get a standard social security number. But around this time the now infamous Connecticut SS # pops up. How? Likely with the help of a new found NY friend - Bill Ayers. With the revelation that Obama only went to Columbia one year you have ask - what the heck was he doing that other year in NY. It would seem hanging out with the Bill and the WUO or/and the BPA group that had migrated from the West Coast to NY. Fake identities - no problem with this type folks. So Obama is likely not only friends with Bill Ayers from the Chicago days. He is likely indebted to him for getting back into American society while they were NY buddies. Note that you do not see Mr. Ayers under the bus with Rev. Wright and the others. He seems to be untouchable.
So there is this morning lession. Some will try to rip it apart. But at this point...I really do not care. This combination poker/Clue game is getting old. At some point you have to show your cards and take a shot at naming the crime scene. So here it is. Obama - Indonesian Citizenship since age 4 - leverages for colleges - mother divorces and he loses connection to Indonesia - goes to NY, hooks up with Bill Ayers who sets him up with 'papers' to assimilate into US society and not worry about being a foreign national or going through legal immigration as an adult. That is what the data points tell us. Given the known and verified facts. This solution curve fits the observed data points very, very well as they say in advanced mathematics.
So this may be a little more complex than Col. Mustard and the candlestick in the library....but that is my shot this morning. Am I wrong? Maybe. But if so - PROVE IT. It is time for this set of thugs to answer to the people and answer the questions. We did not make them do these things (what ever they really are) but once they did - they are fair game. They need to answer the challenges.
And to the Media - do your job or just officially become the bureau of propaganda. George S, Bill O, Sean H, Katie C - Goebbels would be so proud right now. But I am sure Woodward and Bernstein are not!

Because shortly thereafter (November/December) Abercrombie was calling for the destruction of the birther movement by virtue of presenting top the world that pesky lfbc that had been missing for the public to scrutinize.

Obama wanted to release the documents as soon after obtaining them as possible to avoid forgery claims (yeah, that worked out well for him.) So his attorney picked them up by hand and flew them to the WH. The docs were shown to the WHPC early Tuesday morning. Fed Ex would have been slower not faster as some claim on this thread.
He wanted the new COLB in advance of his appearance on the Oprah show. Pure political calculation imho...
Not only did he not want to play ball. They tried to smear him badly on the way out. Accusations of inappropriate billing and associated formal 'investigation' were leaked but never were shown to be true. Smearing...it is a well known Chicago/Obama/Ayers tactic.
Palafox had a number of people come to his defense and he seems to have landed on his feet. There ARE good people in Hawaii. And it is time for them to act even more aggressively to take back their state.

It’s only been a few days. We had to wait year after year to be shown this ... what is it? An abstract? A formal photograph?
