Don’t really see much of substance in this speech at all.

This was not the type of speech to get into any specifics. It was a speech to rally supporters and to put the enemy on notice she is readying for the fight ahead.

If you have read Sarah's books you can easily find many examples of her strong fiscal conservative nature. She is very frugal with the taxpayer's money.

Recently in interviews she has stated (when the NPR flap occurred) that eliminating funding for NPR and NEA is an obvious start. (she may have added PBS). She was just addressing the NPR flap.

If Sarah was President, there would be no doubt that she would put the people first, not the parasite elites that infest D.C.

But seriously, color me unimpressed. That's like putting one sandbag out in the face of of the thirty-foot financial tsunami that's coming in. And only because it's politically expedient to do so.
