Since Fox News host Bill O'Reilly erroneously claimed President Obama's Connecticut-issued Social Security number was likely the result of his father having "lived in Connecticut for several years," the cable news giant has apparently scrubbed the audio of the statement from its website.
In his viewer email segment Wednesday night, O'Reilly was asked by viewer John Knox of Arlington, Va.: "What about Obama having a Connecticut Social Security number? He never lived there."
"His father lived in Connecticut for several years," O'Reilly answered, adding that "babies sometimes get numbers based on addresses provided by their parents."
Another letter from Fox viewer Ken McFadden of LaGrange, Ga., asked: "O'Reilly, will you stake your professional reputation that Mr. Obama is constitutionally eligible to be president?"
"I will, Ken," answered O'Reilly.
But those questions and answers did not appear on a Fox News website podcast of the episode purchased, downloaded and audited by WND. In addition, a printed version of the question-and-answer exchange, above, on BillOReilly.com, a separate site, also left out the key question about Connecticut.

I watch his show because he has the best guests. And it’s fun to hate on BOR...a “simple man”...
But you just watch. If Trump (or someone) is able to come up with definite proof about the Birth Certificate or Obama’s past, O’Reilly will be right in there claiming “the Factor” had the story first and that he’s been telling “the folks” about it for years.
Yeah, capitalists take advantage of opportunities. But most of them are honest about it.

What makes O’Reilly think zero’s supposed father ever lived in CT? . Even if he did that doesn’t track to zero getting a CT s/s #. Obviously Mr Looking Out for You is part of the scam and Fox News is covering for zero - just like the rest of ‘em. What would make BOR put his reputation (such as it is) on the line for this?

That is what he does, just makes things up as the situation demands. The man is just like any run of the mill Democrat politician. Even when he's talking about things that are a common situations in most peoples lives and easily verified as wrong.
I guess the idea is that the more blatant the lie, stated with conviction, the less chance anyone will call you on it.

This bag of wind is better than Dennis Miller: I don’t think that either of them are any bit conservative. O’Reilly has glommed on to a conservative theme that’s making him millions, and Miller cannot be forgive for his horrible tirades against Reagan and Bush. Seems as though both of these hypocrites have found that there’s money in defending the Stupid Party, and are going along for the ride.
Other than Cavuto and Hannity, Fox News has pretty well folded their conservative tent and moved.

My father was born in SD, my mother in Iowa and I too was born in Iowa. I grew up in CT and when I applied for a SS # I got one that begins with the same numbers as obama’s; presumably a CT SS#.

What occured between Malkin and B’O Reilly? I do remember she used to fill in like Laura Ingraham does. Now that I think about it, I haven’t seen her on any Fox shows in a long time. Did she get pregnant or something?
Geraldo called her a “hateful racist” or something because of her position that our government should actually enforce its immigration laws! Then she wanted an apology from him, which he would not give.
I don’t know exactly how O’Reilly got involved; it may be because Geraldo is a frequent guest of O’Reilly’s, and maybe Michelle wanted O’Reilly to intervene on her behalf? I’m not really sure. But I do know that incident led to her staying off O’Reilly for good.
She is still a guest on Hannity quite frequently, and shows up on Fox and Friends every Wednesday or Thursday morning. I guess she just stays away from The Factor.
I would LOVE for Trump to prove O wasn’r born in the US. Then to see the naysayers about Trump starting with Greta Van Sustenance having to eat crow about it, and then publicly say, “I was wrong and I apologize personally to Donald Trump and I can never forgive myself for doubting this claim it’s just that I was a victim and a purveyor of media bias.”
If you ever get a chance to listen to miller on the radio, I think you might change your mind on that.

I quit watching him when, after hammering Jesse Jackson and his “love child” for weeks, he got an interview with Jackson and tossed nothing but softballs. Haven’t turned him on since.
