Huffington Post bloggers who think they ought to get paid for their volunteer writing have been litigating their case in the court of public opinion. Now they’re taking it to a real one.

I HAVE A RIGHT TO READ WHAT PEOPLE WRITE. Therefore these writers should write for free. Don’t they realize there is freedom of the press? That translates to my right to have others write for me at no cost to myself.

Boy....looks like the libtards want to embrace capitalism when it benefits them personally. What a surprise.

Stop exploiting your workers Arianna!

Time to redistribute your money instead of just your stupid rhetoric.

I doubt promises were EVER made to pay the writers.

No contract, no breach of contract.

Tough luck, suckers.

There's very little true irony in the world so when one runs across it one should savor it as you would a good cigar, fine wine, or premium bourbon...

I can't decide who I want to lose this case more.

Wait I just figured it out. I want the writers to lose more. Then Arianna will be a pariah to them.

Win-win.

Aye. That calls for a wee dram of Laphroaig and a Perdomo #2. The irony - it's deeeelicious.

Nothing gives me more grim satisfaction than to see left-wing looters and parasites, the handmaidens and enablers of the rapacious scum of the plaintiff’s bar, turned on and consumed by the insatiably greedy monster they created. It especially warms my heart when the lawyer filth themselves are sued for malpractice and bankrupted.

guess dumbasses never looked the word up before volunteering...

Wikipedia says: In general terms, volunteering is the practice of people working on behalf of others or a particular cause without payment for their time and services. Volunteering is generally considered an altruistic activity, intended to promote good or improve human quality of life, but people also volunteer for their own skill development, to meet others, to make contacts for possible employment, to have fun, and a variety of other reasons that could be considered self-serving.

Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! It is always amusing to see LIB/Moonbats squirming and gnashing their teeth. Volunteers suing because they didn't get paid even though they were never told they would be paid. Bwahahahahahaha!
