Man, 7-year-old girl shot after Fayetteville wreck

A driver shot a man and his 7-year-old daughter after a wreck on Bragg Boulevard in Fayetteville Tuesday night, police said.
Police spokesman Gavin McRoberts said that Eric Samuel Jones Jr. rear-ended a white sedan, occupied by Darrick Kelly and his 7- and 4-year-old daughter, around 9:30 p.m. on Bragg Boulevard, near William Clark Road.

No doubt the sleaziest lawfirm in the Southeast, which is located in Fayetteville, NC, will defend this perp. They are notorious for defending the lowest of the low. I wont put their name out on the forum but they are disgusting. Guess which party the firm members belong to.

The 4-year-old girl was unharmed. Kelly and his daughters ran into a nearby Popeye's Chicken and Biscuits restaurant for help, police said. McRoberts said they were taken to Cape Fear Valley Hospital, and their injuries were non-life-threatening. Makes no sense unless it was BB or Airsoft gun.
