Repubs should be careful...Many didn't step up when she was running as VP...and consequently, it cost McCain and the Repubs dearly.
Right now...I feel that while she has certainly supported the highest moral concepts of the party, there is a lack of that "decision making" process that goes with the Presidency. (Sorry Sarah...just my opinion)
I do think she's good for the party...but I'd rather get behind someone who has an unwavering loyalty of "wisemen". I think Bush chose the best....It was the beginning of the anti Bush rhetoric...which goes on and on and on....because the Dems just don't know when to quit.
I think 2012 is a good time to send them their pink slips.

I disagree with the former governor when she said “What America needs is a woman president.”
I also disagreed with former Governor Reagan when he said in 1980, “What America needs is a woman Supreme Court justice,” and he gave us Sandra Day O’Connor.

She was making a connection with the Indian audience who have had a woman as president (Prime Minister) and can relate--see the notation of their reaction. But obviously this level of personal diplomacy escapes the kneejerk pocket-protecter dweebs around here.

I like Allen West, but just a few days ago, there was a thread I was in calling him a RINO because he wont support the Constitution and isnt pro-life. I did a quick search, and also found Rand Paul and Paul Ryan are RINOs threads.
Id love to vote for someone like those guys, but I wonder if the small group of purists is going to do enough harm to effectively give conservatives only one candidate.

she was responding to a question of if she thought a woman COULD be elected POTUS. And she responded that not only did she thing a woman could be elected in present day America but she thought it was time fo a woman to be elected.

There is no such thing as a “time” a woman became President anymore than there is a time for a functionally illiterate became President.
We don’t take turns being President.
2012 would be a good year for a real conservative with conviction to step forward and run for President, man or woman.

“That's no reason to choose a candidate simply because she has boobies.”
The majority of Republican males are boobies: Romney, Lugar, McConnell, Boehner, Cantor, Daniels, etc. I prefer a strong, principled candidate who has boobs than a sniveling, unprincipled male who is a boob.

about the only people that don’t think it’s time a woman was elected are the sexists that don’t think ANY woman should be elected.

Maybe because he saw the speech?
Your whole low rent, mildly retarded, version of Charles Krauthammer act would go down a lot easier if you’d actually inform yourself and watch speeches rather than making a donkey out of yourself by demanding that someone ‘prove’ something that could never possibly be proven.
Lucky for you, someone will probably upload the interview to YouTube.

That would be NM Gov. Susana Martinez, who already has done away with drivers licenses for illegals.

Unlike the Left, true conservatives don't give a hoot about sex outside of sex and will judge everyone by their conservative bona fides alone.
Sarah Palin is the GOP front runner in spite of RINO and Liberal attempts to destroy her with contrived polls, mendacious reporters and payola pundits on both the Right and the Left.
If she runs she will win because,as Rush says, running as a conservative wins every time it is tried.
Popularity, even the negative kind, counts a lot because you can bypass the Leftist MSM and speak directly to the people and thus everyone will hear you when you set the record straight.
Just like Reagan did!

and yet for 200+ years 50% of the population has been sidelined from the seat simply because of their sex.
We have moved beyond as a country that one sex should be sidelined for any position. And all candidates should be on equal footing where their ideas and convinctions can be looked upon in that backdrop.

Over twenty different subjects touched upon - involving policy, and THAT statement is the one that headlines the article. And the one now that everyone will be consumed with...the one that will make all the MSM headlines come Monday morning. Guaranteed it's the only quote that will be used. Anybody wanna bet?
It's a good article, but a bad headline. No "hats off" to Gateway Pundit this time.
