Ozanne filed a lawsuit contending that a legislative committee that broke a stalemate that had kept the law in limbo for weeks met without the 24-hour notice required by Wisconsin's open meetings law.

I thought that they had had at least a month's notice, but preferred to remain in Illinios instead.

This country is infested with Neo-communists and Dane County in Wisconsin is one of the collection points. I wonder does Orkin have a spray that can be used to rid us of them?

Why do we in the United States always ASSUME that what a judge says is the last word when it comes to the law of the land? Marbury v. Madison

Maybe the judge’s pimps ordered him to do this.

RE: Nullification!

Walker: “This ruling is OF NO EFFECT in our effort to execute this legally enacted law”.

All proper and within the separation of powers.

______________________________________________________________________

Well this gives rise to another interesting question.

U.S. District Judge Martin Feldman held Obama and his interior department in CONTEMPT of court after he overturned the agency’s decision to halt any new permits for deepwater projects and suspend drilling on 33 exploratory wells after the Deepwater Horizon blast.

Is Obama well within his “separation of powers” rights when he in effect says -— Judge Feldman’s decision as NO EFFECT on his effort to legally ban drilling?

If Walker can do it in Wisconsin, when can’t Obama do it nationally on issues like the drilling ban and Obamacare?

I don’t think a judge has this power.

It should be, but who guessed back in the 18th century that judicial appointments would become politicized to this extent and just another pawn in the game?

RE: Marbury vs Madison

In citing this, you are then saying that the courts always have the last word??

Our problem as I see it this — the US Constitution lacks a clear statement authorizing the Federal courts to nullify the acts of coequal branches.

Hence, we see judges NULLIFYING, SUSPENDING and PUTTING A STOP to the results of many referendums and laws passed by the legislature.

The case of Oklahoma’s most recent referendum where voters overwhelmingly passed a law to ban Islamic Sharia as a basis for laws in that state.

Islamic groups sued and a judge in effect, overturned the will of the people.

Then what ? Is the judge going to order the police or troops to put the legislature and the governor in handcuffs if they ignored him? Does he have the power to do so?

Considering the pro-union bias shown by the Madison police, especially including their chief, all it would take would be for the judge to issue the order and the police would carry it out.

Note, however that state-owned oil company Petrobras - which is involved in off-shore drilling - is in Brazil where Obama is to visit very soon. Soros was a substantial investor.

SOROS INVESTED IN PETROBRAS DAYS BEFORE OBAMA INVESTED ( "lent" ) BILLIONS

http://politisite.com/2010/06/21/soros-invested-in-petrobras-days-before-obama-invested-billions-special-prosecutor-needed/

Why are we ( or the banks our taxes subsidize ) lending money to third world socialist crapholes to drill for oil offshore when oil companies here in the U.S. are prohibited from engaging in offshore drilling???

And who gains from the off-shore drilling moratorium imposed by Obama here in the U.S.??? Inquiring minds want to know!!!

Will be overturned...a clearly political act by a punkass judge will not stand. Next on the agenda: impeach and remove from the bench.

Some may have no idea the degree to which judges can be owned by the unions. In Philadelphia they were receiving cash bribes from the roofers union. When there are strikes and the unions violate the law, it’s simply understood no Philadelphia judge will rule against them.
