Just pass it again in Senate. Dems already promised (I hope under oath) that they will be there so they are no longer in comtempt. If they continue, send bounty hunters after them.
Also, make WI right to work state, and offer school vouchers to everybody. Dems have openly declared war on elected officials and rule of law. Death threats and attacks are too much.

What do you mean? Judges are all powerful in our brave new world. Legislators propose (pass laws) and judges dispose as they see fit according to their political leanings. It’s as simple as that.
Doesn’t surprise me at all. Evil just shops around for (just) one judge who will decide according to its wishes. In general they no longer judge the law, they legislate from the bench, which is criminal.
At this point I wish that Walker would go to a microphone today and announce he will be decertifying the union at the end of the business day.
In MA, 3 judges ordered the state legisalture to pass a law legalizing homosexual marriage. And it was so.
Dane County judge halts collective bargaining law

Madison — Dane County Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi issued a temporary restraining order Friday, barring the publication of a controversial new law that would sharply curtail collective bargaining for public employees.
Sumi’s order will prevent Secretary of State Doug La Follette from publishing the law until she can rule on the merits of the case. Dane County Ismael Ozanne is seeking to block the law because he says a legislative committee violated the state’s open meetings law.
Sumi said Ozanne was likely to succeed on the merits.
“It seems to me the public policy behind effective enforcement of the open meeting law is so strong that it does outweigh the interest, at least at this time, which may exist in favor of sustaining the validity of the (law),” she said.
The judge’s finding – at least for now – is a setback to Republican Gov. Scott Walker and a victory for opponents, who have spent weeks in the Capitol to protest the bill.
He should follow Obama’s precedent, and ignore the ruling, pending a series of appeals.

Unfortunately, both sides have Sam working for them. They need “rule of law” not vigilantes in WI.
He should just ignore the judge’s injunction the way the Obama administration ignores the judges.
Let the teachers go on strike then, asap.
The sooner such people are not brainwashing children the better.
