Nothing prevents the Republican House from defunding the EPA, IRS, etc. in the present bill, and using that as leverage in the Conference Committee to amend the prior bill to strip out the already-appropriated funds. There are LOTS of arrows in Boehner’s quiver, and he damned well better USE them. This is no game, this is about the very future of our nation, our liberties and the viability of our currency. STOP THE SPENDING AND STOP OBAMACARE - THAT’S WHY YOU WERE ELECTED! Stop it the same way it was passed - by ANY means necessary!
There was conservative commentary a few weeks ago to the effect that the Republican House should wait until the next fiscal year before taking real action on cutting spending. The article used the words “Pyrrhic victory” for any success they may have before then. Did anyone see the article?
