On CNN: Live interview with American Tourist shooting video of a bridge packed with protesters. They have both internet and cell phone capability, and have been on social networks with friends and family.
I’m impressed with CNN so far, and I don’t have to deal with Shep Smith. For normal coverage, I stick to Fox, but I noticed during 9/11 they just don’t have the people on the ground to cover stuff.
Thanks to all who gave the heads up on CNN. The coverage is lightyears beyond FOX. I would have never thought to turn to CNN as I generally despise that channel (unless their is a hurricane when FOX sucks as well.)
We watched that. I suppose it was nervous laughter that I heard...they sounded like they have it together a lot better than I would if I were in their shoes. I would have booked a flight out of there as soon as I landed and saw protestors!
