Not only that, if you set it up for your bank to make the payment and it doesn't get there by the date you set it up for, the bank will pay any late fees that you are required to pay.

I have tenants that set up automatic payments for their rent payments with their banks. The few times that the payments did not arrive as scheduled, the banks paid the late fees.

Yep, that’s true. I’ve never had any problems with my banks bill pay.
