One of the bins is next to a constuction site of 50+ condos....Wonder if any of the construction jobs are done by the same companies that are building the neighbors house?

Thinking about the trash bins...would the investigators make note of the type of trash closest to the body?
McD’s would come to mind if there was a large concentration of wrappers, cups, etc. Not scientific by any means, but at least a starting point.
