One of the bins is next to a constuction site of 50+ condos....Wonder if any of the construction jobs are done by the same companies that are building the neighbors house?
...Work boot print in Wheeler's house. + Cell phone in new construction across the street. + Bin located at another construction site + Bin can be backed up to/ no lifting of body required from a pick up truck/one person could do it =
